Date Cracker Cookies


2 stacks Club Crackers (or Ritz Crackers)

1 can Eagle Brand Milk
8 oz. chopped Dates
1 cup chopped Pecans
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 oz. Cream Cheese
Cook milk and dates over low heat, mashing dates with the back of a spoon until hot all the way through. Add pecans and vanilla. Spread over crackers on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes and cool.

For frosting:

Beat all ingredients until smooth, spread over cooled date crackers.
